“Long-term wear cock ring” sounds like an oxymoron.
Traditional cock rings are designed to be worn for 20 or 30 minutes. If you go longer, you risk causing damage.
But Oxballs’ Cock-T is no traditional cock ring.
It’s soft. I estimate it has an 00-50 shore durometer, which is a little firmer than gummy worms. This makes it super stretchy and comfy. You can wear it under your clothes while flaccid, which makes it less of a cock ring and more of a
Bulge Enhancer
The Cock-T has a 1 ⁷/₁₆” internal diameter, a 2 ½” external diameter, and it’s ⅞” thick. Because its internal diameter is no bigger than many regular cock rings, I didn’t think I could wear it without discomfort for long.
But it’s surprised me. I’ve been able to wear the Cock-T under my clothes for 75-90 minutes before it becomes uncomfortable and I need to remove it.
90 minutes may not sound like it qualifies as long-term wear. But I’m a fair bit thicker than average, so I’m confident most guys will be able to wear it comfortably for much longer.
The Cock-T’s ⅞” thickness pushes my package forward a lot, making my bulge look huge. It’s the male version of a push-up bra.
But this isn’t the only way it acts as a bulge enhancer. Wearing it arouses me a little, so I get a slight semi. It’s like the penis equivalent of a butt plug: arousing enough to be fun, but not so arousing that it makes me hard or prevents me from concentrating on other things.
To maximize comfort, you need lube. Spread some both inside the Cock-T and around the base of your penis and balls, where it’ll rest. This is especially important if you have pubes. Without lube, a cock ring can tug at your pubes and kill your fun. I recommend coconut oil because it lasts longer than water-based lube and, unlike silicone-based lube, it won’t damage silicone toys.
While it’s best to wear the Cock-T around both your dick and balls, you can wear it on just your shaft. This will let you keep it on even longer without discomfort. However, its 1 ⁷/₁₆” internal diameter will let it slide off many guys. And without your balls being pushed forward, you’ll only get a slight bulge augmentation.
I’m making the Cock-T sound like its only purpose is to beef up your bulge. While this is its primary use, you can also use it as a regular
Cock Ring
If you prefer your cock rings firm or tight, you won’t want to use the Cock-T this way.
But if you want a comfy beginner cock ring, it’s pretty good. It doesn’t offer a lot of blood restriction, so it won’t keep you hard. But if this your first cock ring or you’re worried about cutting off too much circulation, it’ll let you safely dip your toe in the water.
The Cock-T’s thickness is a boon when you use it as a bulge enhancer, but it can be cumbersome when you use it as a cock ring. Pushing your balls forward means if you thrust too hard and deep, you might smush them. You have to be careful to protect your boys.
Despite these drawbacks, other cock rings can’t match the Cock-T’s comfort.
And this plush squishiness lends it to a third use case. If you’re creative, you can use it as a
Masturbator
The Cock-T’s 00-50-ish shore durometer isn’t a lot firmer than silicone masturbators, which are typically 00-20. So does it work well for stroking off?
Kinda. Sorta. Not really.
Its 1 ⁷/₁₆” internal diameter is a good size for a bulge enhancer or a cock ring. But for a masturbator, it’s too spacious. A good masturbator needs to be tighter. You can squeeze it to make it feel tighter, but you shouldn’t have to, and you’ll still have a bigger problem:
It’s too short.
The Cock-T’s ⅞” thickness is great for a bulge enhancer and more than I’d like for a cock ring. But it’s too short for a masturbator.
It’s about as thick as my thumb. So when my thumb slips a bit, it slips off the Cock-T and I have to pause to reestablish my grip.
I can make it work if I use both hands. And it does feel really good. But it’s too cumbersome. It could be a great masturbator if it were tighter and taller.
Which describes Oxballs’ Balls-T. It’s made of the same plush silicone as the Cock-T, but with proportions that make it more suitable as a masturbator. It’s designed as a ball stretcher, but it’s just a hunk of silicone, so it won’t mind if you use it as a masturbator.
However, I haven’t tried the Balls-T, so I’m still a little skeptical it’s tall enough to prevent your thumb from slipping off. I might be wrong and it might still be too short to use as a masturbator.
I hoped Oxballs’ Cock-T would have three uses, but it’s more like 1.5. It’s a damn good long-term wear bulge enhancer, a marginal cock ring that might be good for beginners who prize comfort, and a failed masturbator.
